1. Our commitment

Blackstone Intelligence Group is committed to making this website accessible in accordance with applicable law and good practice. We treat accessibility as an ongoing obligation and part of our design, development and content-review process rather than a one-off check.

2. Conformance status

This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, and to the corresponding requirements of EN 301 549. 3. Applicable legal framework

• Norway: the Equality and Anti-Discrimination Act and the Regulations on universal design of ICT, which implement the EU Web Accessibility Directive (2016/2102) and reference WCAG, together with the European Accessibility Act as implemented nationally.
• United Kingdom: the Equality Act 2010 duty to make reasonable adjustments, and the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018 where they apply.
• Australia: the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) and the Australian Human Rights Commission's World Wide Web Access advisory notes.
• Canada: the Accessible Canada Act and provincial legislation such as the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, where applicable.

4. Measures we have taken

• Semantic HTML landmarks, a single main heading per page and a logical heading order.
• A skip-to-content link and a clearly visible, high-contrast keyboard focus indicator.
• Full keyboard operability of navigation, mobile menu, accordions, links and forms, with no keyboard traps.
• Programmatically associated form labels, clear required-field indication, and error messages that are announced to assistive technology and identify how to correct the problem.
• Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images; decorative imagery hidden from assistive technology.
• Colour contrast checked against AA thresholds for body text, large text, interface components and focus indicators; colour never used as the sole means of conveying information.
• Responsive layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling at 320 CSS pixels width and remain usable at 200% text zoom and 400% page zoom.
• Touch and pointer targets sized and spaced to meet the WCAG 2.2 target-size criterion.
• Minimal motion, with animation reduced when the operating system indicates a reduced-motion preference; no content that flashes.
• Descriptive page titles, link text meaningful out of context, and a declared page language.
• No time limits on form completion beyond a short anti-spam delay, and no content that refreshes or moves automatically.
• Plain-language editing of complex investigative and legal content wherever possible.

6. Assessment approach
