What tracing can establish depends on the identifiers you can provide, the chains and assets involved, and how funds were moved.

Can you recover stolen cryptocurrency?

We do not recover funds and we do not promise recovery. Recovery, where it happens at all, generally requires legal process, cooperation from exchanges or other custodians, and action by courts or authorities. Our role is to produce the analysis and documentation that supports those steps.

How long does an investigation take?

Fuller investigations range from a few weeks to considerably longer, depending on the volume of evidence, the number of jurisdictions involved, and how quickly third parties respond. We agree timing expectations with you in writing before work begins.

Stop all further transfers and contact. Preserve every record you have, including addresses, transaction IDs, communications and screenshots. Notify your bank or payment provider if traditional payment rails were involved, report the matter to the appropriate authority, and seek legal advice. Then contact us with the material you have preserved.

Do you conduct hacking or unauthorized access?

No. We do not access accounts or systems without authorization, obtain passwords, deploy malware, conduct unlawful surveillance, or purchase stolen data. Any provider offering those services exposes clients to serious legal risk.
